bergen-sand-matte-stone-look-porcelain-tiles-24x48
Bergen Sand Matte Stone Look Porcelain Tiles 24x48

Bergen Sand is a 24x48 porcelain tile with a stone look in a matte finish, 8.5 mm (5/16 inch) thick.

Bergen is a stone look made with Del Conca's Trace process, a dimensional glaze that gives the face a real, touchable texture. The color runs through the body, the edges are rectified, and the line covers 24x48 down to 4x12 with a Geometrie decor, mosaics and bullnose.

A 24x48 panel covers a lot of floor or wall in one piece and keeps grout lines to a minimum. Plan for a flat substrate and a leveling system.

The Trace glaze gives the matte face a dimensional texture you can feel, not just a printed picture of stone. It is a colored body porcelain: the tint goes all the way through, which keeps chips and cut edges discreet. Del Conca rates the shade variation as moderate, so tone and veining move from one piece to the next. Its wet DCOF is 0.50 or higher, the ANSI threshold for level indoor floors exposed to water.

The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so the tile can be set with a narrow grout joint. Each box holds 2 pieces, 15.5 sq ft, about 61 lb, and orders round up to full boxes.

Also in Bergen Sand: 12x24 tile, 24x24 tile, 4x12 tile, 4x24 bullnose, Geometrie 12x24 decor, leaves mosaic, square mosaic.

Made in the USA by Del Conca USA in Loudon, Tennessee, and shipped from there.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1019/4157/6048/files/bergen-sand-matte-stone-look-porcelain-tiles-24x48.jpg?v=1793576505
