Baroque BM 103 in black
A black marble waterjet mosaic from the Baroque range, honed, on sheets of 12 1/4 by 16 3/16 inches. Five sheets come to a box, which covers 6.85 square feet. An andorra 2x12 matches the stone.
Design
Cut by pressure, not by blade
Waterjet cutting uses a high pressure stream, so the pieces can curve and interlock in ways a saw blade cannot manage. BM 103 uses that freedom across a tall rectangular sheet rather than a square one, which suits a vertical run. The sheets are hand assembled on mesh with edges made to slot into the next one, so lining them up dry before any adhesive goes down is what keeps the design true. Honed black stops the light from breaking up the shapes. Five sheets to a box rather than six is a consequence of the larger format, and it still works out at more coverage per box than most mosaics manage.

Where to use it
Walls, floors, wet areas
The list covers interior walls and floors in homes and in commercial work, shower walls and floors, backsplash and light residential traffic. Bathroom, living room and kitchen are the rooms. Marble tile backsplash runs make the most of a pattern like this, since it sits at eye level. Eleven boxes reach 60 square feet. Five other black formats are stocked, from a hexagon mosaic to a polished 18x18.

Care
Seal after installation and reseal every one to two years. A pH neutral stone cleaner is right for it, and black licorice unsanded grout is listed for the joints.
