Ceramic · Moldings
Ceramic moldings in the ogee trim profile, two by six inches and three quarters of an inch thick, glossy, in Blush Cream. Thirty six pieces make a box. The same colour is stocked as a 1x6 and a 5/8x6.

Design
An ogee is the double curve that architecture has used for centuries to move from one plane to another without a hard corner. Two inches gives it enough width for the curve to be read rather than guessed at, and a glossy glaze traces the profile with a line of reflected light along its crown. Blush Cream is a warm off white, which sits more gently against a cream or a stone field than a cold white would.
Wide enough to show the curve properly.
Six inch pieces, sold by the piece.

Where to use it
Backsplash is what is recorded, with bathroom as the room. Ceramic tiles for bathroom work often stop at an awkward height, and a shaped trim like this is what turns a cut edge into a finished one. Measure the run first and add a piece for the cuts. Two narrower profiles exist in the same glaze where a two inch face would be too much.
2x6 here, plus a 1x6 and a 5/8x6 in Blush Cream.
Order one piece over the measured run.
Why we chose it
No sealer needed. Household tile cleaner keeps the glaze clear, and the hollow of the curve is where dust settles first, so a cloth rather than a spray gets into it.
