Pink at six by eight
A glossy pink ceramic accent tile, six by eight inches, three eighths of an inch deep. Each piece covers a third of a square foot, and fourteen of them come to a box for 4.67 square feet.
Design
A rectangle, not a square
Six by eight is an odd size for an accent and that is the point of it: laid on the short edge it stacks into columns, laid long it runs as a band, and neither reads like the square tiles around it. Accent tiles ceramic pink of this kind take their colour from the glaze, so it is consistent across the box and will not fade where the light falls hardest. Gloss reflects whatever is in the room back at you, which makes a pink read warmer under lamps than it does by day.

Where to use it
One approval is recorded, commercial interior walls, with kitchen as the room noted. Accent pieces are normally set into a field of plain tile rather than run wall to wall, but fifteen boxes would reach 60 square feet if a whole surface were wanted. Ceramic snaps cleanly with a hand cutter, so a band that has to stop at a fixture is not a difficult piece of work.
