Landmark Contract Porcelain

The Contract line is what Landmark builds for specifiers rather than for showrooms: a thinner 8 mm body, restrained faces, and colourways that hold up across a large floor without drawing attention to themselves. The series carry city names, Charleston, Berlin, Chicago, Miami, Barcelona, Siena, Pisa, Brooklyn, New York, Seattle, Portland and Washington among them.

Thinner does not mean weaker in the way people assume. At 8 mm the tile is lighter, easier to handle on a wall, and cheaper to ship, which is why it suits hospitality fit outs, retail walls, offices and residential rooms without heavy traffic. For a busy household floor the 9 mm series are the better choice.

What is in the line

Field tiles at 12x24 and 24x48, mosaics at 12x12, bullnose trim at 3x24, and a wood look plank at 8x40. Faces cover stone, travertine, concrete, marble and wood, in greys, beiges, whites, blacks and browns, all in a matte finish.

Buying from a commercial line

Two things matter more here than on a residential range. Order the whole job at once, because a commercial line runs in batches and a later top up may not shade match. And order trim with the field, since a contract series carries fewer trim options than a showroom one.
