Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

  • Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
  • LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
  • Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
  • Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

African Zebrino Polished Marble Slab Random

Marble · Slab

African Zebrino is a white marble with a polished finish. It arrives in full slabs of random sizes, not cut to a fixed dimension. Pricing for this stone is by quote. We handle the logistics from our US warehouses to your licensed fabricator. The stone comes from blocks quarried in Africa, a region known for its distinctive mineral deposits.

Design

Veining and Tone Variation

The stone carries a network of dark veins across its white field. Each slab measures a different dimension, so no two pieces share the same layout. The polished surface reflects light and deepens the contrast of the mineral patterns. Variation between slabs is natural and expected from one block to the next.

Dark mineral lines create a distinct pattern across the white marble.

Slabs come in varied dimensions to suit large-format wall or countertop applications.

Where to use it

This stone suits residential interior walls, residential countertops, commercial interior walls and shower walls. A licensed fabricator templates and installs the slab on site. We keep six slabs in our Fairfax warehouse. Slabs from the same batch match most closely in tone and veining. A fabricator cuts the stone to fit your kitchen or bathroom layout. The polished finish reflects light and shows the stone's natural markings.

Slabs from the same batch share the closest veining and tone.

A licensed fabricator templates, cuts and installs the slab.

Why we chose it

  • Six slabs in FairfaxWe hold six slabs of African Zebrino in our Fairfax warehouse. The batch list on the product page shows the exact sizes available. You can see the dimensions before you order.
  • Polished finish on marbleThe polished surface reflects light and deepens the stone's color. The finish shows etching sooner than a honed option.
  • Random slab sizesEach slab is one piece of stone with its own size. The veining and the size of each slab differ. A fabricator cuts the stone to fit your kitchen or bathroom layout.

Care

Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner. Avoid bleach, ammonia and abrasive pads. Seal the stone after installation and reseal every one to two years.
