What Neolith is
Neolith is a sintered stone made in Spain. Natural minerals are pressed under very high pressure and fired at high heat, which fuses them into a dense, hard sheet. It is not a natural stone and not a quartz: it holds no resin, so it tolerates heat, does not etch and takes almost no water. The pattern runs through the body of the slab and repeats closely from one slab to the next.
The looks
Neolith covers marble looks such as Calacatta, Calacatta Gold, Calacatta Luxe, Estatuario and Blanco Carrara; plain whites like Arctic White and Just White; stone looks like Pietra Di Luna, Pulpis and Zaha Stone; concrete looks like Beton and Cement; metals such as Iron Grey, Iron Copper and Iron Corten; and dark faces like Basalt Black and Nero.
Finishes and thickness
Neolith names its finishes. Silk is a smooth satin touch, Satin is a soft low sheen, Polished is glossy, Ultra Soft is a velvety matte, and Riverwashed has a rippled texture. Slabs come at 1/4 inch (6 mm) for walls and cladding, 1/2 inch (12 mm) for countertops and floors, and 3/4 inch (20 mm) for countertops that need a thicker edge. The sizes are fixed and listed in each title.
