How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Porcelain · Slab

Residential countertops, residential interior walls, and commercial interior walls suit this blue porcelain slab. The piece arrives in a lappato lucido finish that blends a soft satin ground with polished highlights. It comes as full slabs measuring 64 by 128 inches. Pricing for porcelain slabs is by quote. The stone sits in a modern style.

Design

Blue veining on porcelain

The blue body carries subtle veining that shifts across the sheet. The lappato lucido finish reads as a soft satin in diffuse light, then catches highlights near direct sources. Each slab carries its own markings and size. The veining pattern differs from one slab to the next. Expect variation between slabs.

Mixed finish surface

The lappato lucido ground offers a satin base while polished highlights catch the light.

Natural variation

Each slab arrives with unique veining and size. Expect differences between slabs.
