Basalt Black Sintered Stone Slab Matte Finish 125x63 arrives as a full slab in the 125x63 size. This sintered stone reads in a deep black with a matte finish that absorbs light rather than reflecting it. We sell this slab by quote so you can request pricing for the exact quantity you need. The slab comes as a single piece with its own dimensions and natural markings. We do not list a per box figure or a total square foot price for slabs.
Design
Matte finish on black
The matte glaze on this slab carries no reflection and hides smudges well. It gives a softer look than glossy surfaces while keeping the black base clear. Each slab is one piece of stone with its own size and its own markings. You will see slight variation between pieces from one slab to the next. The veining and size differ across the batch list that we keep in the warehouse.

Where to use it
Shower walls and countertops
This slab works for shower walls, commercial interior walls, residential interior walls, and residential countertops. A licensed fabricator templates and installs it after we ship the slab to their shop. We do not deliver slabs to a home or a job site. The slab goes to the fabricator by A-frame truck within 50 miles of the warehouse or by crated LTL freight beyond that. Open batches and slabs are in stock at the Fairfax warehouse and match most closely when pulled from the same batch.
Shower walls and countertops
This slab works for shower walls, commercial interior walls, residential interior walls, and residential countertops.
Licensed fabricator templates and installs
A licensed fabricator templates and installs it after we ship the slab to their shop. We do not deliver slabs to a home or a job site.

Care
Wipe the matte surface with a damp cloth to remove dust and light soil. Use a pH neutral cleaner for deeper cleaning. Avoid abrasive pads that could scratch the finish.
