Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Design

Brown veining on honed marble

The stone reads as brown with natural veining that shifts from slab to slab. A honed finish leaves the surface matte and smooth to the touch. Light falls across it without glare. Expect tone and pattern to vary between one slab and the next. The variation is part of the material.

Honed matte finish

Ground smooth but left matte. It hides scratches and etching better than a polished face.

Natural variation

Cut from different parts of the block. Veining and tone differ from piece to piece.

Where to use it

This slab suits commercial interior walls, residential countertops and shower walls. A licensed fabricator templates and installs it. We keep six slabs in Fairfax. Slabs from one batch look the closest. The batch list on this page shows the sizes in stock. A sample takes 6 to 9 business days to prepare.
