How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Marble · Slab

One batch sits in Fairfax. A batch means slabs cut from the same block, so the veining stays close. For Di Bosco arrives as full slabs in random sizes, including the 58 by 116 inch piece listed here. The finish is polished. Pricing comes by quote. We sell marble slabs by quote, not by the sheet. You pick the slab, we write the number.

Design

Gray veining in polished marble

The stone reads gray with soft, irregular veining that runs across the face. A polished finish deepens that gray tone and catches the light. Each slab measures a different size. The markings shift from one piece to the next. You see the variation when you lay them side by side.

Random slab sizes

Every slab is one piece of stone with its own dimensions and markings. The batch list shows the exact sizes available now.

The mirror shine brings out the gray veining.
