Marble · Slab
Two batches of Nordic White are in stock at our Fairfax and Carlstadt warehouses. A batch means the slabs came from one block, so they share the closest veining patterns. Nordic White Polished Marble Slab Random arrives as full slabs in the random sizes the batch list provides. You get a quote for the slabs you choose, not a set price. We keep the phrase marble slabs for this natural stone category.
Design
The white base carries grey veining that shifts from one slab to the next. A polished finish gives the stone a mirror shine that deepens the grey lines and brightens the background. Each slab measures a random size, so the layout depends on the cut. Expect tone variation between the two batches on hand. The veining size changes with every slab.
Slabs from the same batch show the closest veining. We recommend ordering enough to cover your project from one batch when possible.
Each piece is a single slab with its own dimensions. The batch list on this page shows the sizes currently available.
Where to use it
This stone suits shower walls, residential countertops, residential interior walls and commercial interior walls. We ship the slabs to a licensed fabricator who templates and installs them. Three slabs in the 79x125 in size sit in stock at our Carlstadt warehouse. One slab covers roughly 68.58 square feet. A batch is the group of slabs cut from one block, so slabs in the same batch look the closest to each other. You can only name the surfaces and rooms listed in the facts. We do not deliver to job sites or homes. Delivery runs by A-frame truck within 50 miles of the warehouse holding the slab, and by crated LTL freight beyond that.
Slabs go to a licensed fabricator, not to your home. The fabricator templates, cuts and installs the stone.

Why we chose it
Marble reacts with acids like lemon and vinegar. Seal it after installation and reseal every one to two years. Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner and avoid bleach or abrasive pads.
