TREE TRUNK OUTDOOR FOUNTAIN
A hollow tree trunk split open down the front, with four water pools set into the exposed interior. Water runs from the top down the inner wall, gathering and spilling from pool to pool, so the whole cascade happens within the trunk rather than over its surface. You are looking into something rather than at it.
That is the design decision worth understanding. Most bark textured fountains put water on the outside of a trunk shape, which reads as a decorated column. Splitting the trunk and running the water inside gives the piece depth and a sense that you have found something opened up, which is a different object even though the material and the finish are the same.
Warm LEDs light each interior pool, so at night the inside of the trunk glows and the bark stays dark around it. At 39.4 inches on a 13.4 by 11 inch base it is nearly three and a half feet of height on barely a square foot of floor.
Contained and soft. Because the cascade runs inside the trunk walls, the sound is partly enclosed rather than radiating in all directions, which makes it quieter than an open rock face of the same height. Four short falls give a gentle stepped trickle rather than a rush. It works beside seating and will not carry across a garden. How loud it seems will still shift with the water level and whether it stands against a wall, which is why a fixed decibel number would tell you nothing useful about your own space.

Fill it, plug it in, done. No plumbing and nothing to bury. One person can carry it at 16.5 pounds.
Set it level and face the split toward where people sit or pass. From behind or the side you see a plain trunk, and the whole point of the piece is the opening.
At 16.5 pounds and nearly forty inches this is light for its height. Place it against a wall, a fence, or within planting rather than free standing in an open windy position, and keep it out of the route where someone could walk into it.
Keep enough water in the base to cover the pump so it never runs dry. The interior pools are small and the base is narrow, so the level drops faster than on a wide fountain. Check every few days in warm weather.
Clear debris from the interior pools. A blockage inside the trunk is harder to spot than one on an open ledge, so look into the split rather than just listening.
Before hard freezes, drain the base and every interior pool completely, disconnect and store the pump indoors, and dry the piece out. At 16.5 pounds bringing it inside is easy and is the safest option.

A planted bed that is already full, a corner beside a door, the strip along a fence, a shaded woodland spot. The narrow base is what makes those possible. It suits ferns, grasses, and informal planting rather than a formal clipped setting.
Most run water down the outside of a trunk shape. This one is split open with the pools inside, so you look into it rather than at it. The water is also partly sheltered by the trunk walls, which keeps more of it in the fountain on a breezy day.
No, it is resin with a weathered bark finish and mossy tones worked into the recesses. Real timber in constant contact with water splits and rots. Resin holds the texture indefinitely, and at a few feet the grain reads as an aged trunk.
At 16.5 pounds and nearly forty inches tall this is easy to knock over, so keep it against something solid and out of the main running route. Run the cord along a bed edge so it will not catch a foot. The recirculating water is not intended for drinking.
