Marble · Slab
Statuario Corchia Classic arrives as a white marble slab with a polished finish. It comes in random sizes and a 1 1/4 inch thickness. The stone is sold as full slabs and priced by quote. We do not list a price online. You request a quote for the slabs you choose. The stone ships to a licensed fabricator for templating and installation.
Design
The white background carries grey veining that moves across each slab. The polished finish reflects light and deepens the stone's color. Each slab is one piece of stone with its own markings. You should expect variation between slabs from different batches. Dry-lay the stone before setting to spread the variation evenly.

Slabs from the same batch look the closest to each other.

Each slab has its own unique dimensions and markings.
Where to use it
Polished finish for walls and counters
This polished marble suits shower walls, residential countertops, residential interior walls and commercial interior walls. A licensed fabricator templates and installs the stone. The polished surface shows etching sooner, so it works best in low-traffic areas. We currently have six slabs in our Fairfax warehouse. Slabs from one batch match most closely.

Slabs go to a licensed fabricator, not to a job site.

Care
Seal the marble after installation and reseal every one to two years. Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner and avoid bleach, ammonia and abrasive pads. The stone reacts with acids like lemon and vinegar, which etch the surface.
