How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Limestone · Slab

Commercial interior walls, residential countertops, and residential interior walls accept this beige limestone slab in a honed finish. The stone arrives as full slabs in random sizes, each cut to order for specific project needs. Pricing for these limestone slabs comes by quote, based on the selected slabs and the chosen warehouse. The inventory status shows the product is not in stock right now. Buyers request a quote to begin the purchasing process.

Design

Beige limestone with honed finish

The beige field carries subtle tonal shifts across the surface. The honed face reads matte under overhead light, muting reflections while keeping the surface even. Veining appears as soft, irregular lines that break the solid colour without creating high contrast. Each slab presents its own set of markings, so the pattern never repeats. Expect natural variation between one slab and the next, as the stone forms over time.

Honed matte surface

The honed finish hides scratches and etching better than a polished face.

Where to use it

Random sizes in a honed finish

The stone works for kitchen and bathroom applications, specifically on residential countertops and residential interior walls, as well as commercial interior walls. A licensed fabricator templates and installs the slab, since the material is sold only to fabricators. The batch list on this page details the sizes currently available. Slabs from a single batch match most closely, while those from different batches may differ. The fabricator cuts the slab to order for countertops, shelves, and large-format walls.

Why we chose it

Batch consistency.Slabs from the same batch share the closest visual match.
Available sizes. The batch list provides the exact sizes currently in stock.
Honed durability. The honed finish resists visible scratches and etching better than polished stone.

Care

Limestone requires a penetrating sealer after installation, with resealing every one to two years in wet areas. Clean the surface with a pH-neutral stone cleaner, as acids etch limestone quickly. Lighter tones may show wear paths over time, though the honed finish masks this better than a polished one.

Questions we get

How are these limestone slabs delivered?

Slabs go to a licensed fabricator, who templates, cuts, and installs them. Delivery occurs by A-frame truck within 50 miles of the warehouse holding the slab, and by crated LTL freight beyond that distance.

Can I order a sample of this slab?

A slab sample takes 6 to 9 business days to prepare. Samples are available for most tiles, though slabs are typically ordered directly to a fabricator.

How does the quoting process work for this stone?

Pricing comes by quote. Buyers request a quote for the specific slabs they select, and the price depends on the chosen warehouse and batch availability.
