How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Quartzite · Slab

White Macaubas is a quartzite slab sold by quote for the specific slabs you select. It arrives in a polished finish that brings out the white body and the grey veining. The stone comes as full slabs in the random sizes listed for this product. Pricing is determined by quote rather than a fixed rate. We handle the logistics for the slabs you choose.

Design

White Macaubas in a polished finish

The polished surface reflects light and deepens the white background of the stone. Grey veins run through the slab in patterns that shift from one piece to the next. You will see moderate variation between slabs from the same batch. The finish reads clearly in overhead lighting and shows the natural texture of the quartzite. Each slab carries its own unique size and natural markings that distinguish it from the others.

Moderate veining patterns

Grey veins shift across the white background. Each slab shows different flow.

Polished depth

Buffed to a mirror shine. Light reflects off the surface.
