How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Broad gray lines cross this Calacatta Honed Neolith sintered stone slab, creating stronger movement than the finer Calacatta patterns in the group. White still leads. The 126x59 face is 1/4 inch thick, with a smooth matte finish that keeps reflected shine low across the large rectangular format.

Design

Honed White with Wide Gray Breaks

Starting near the upper left, several angular gray veins descend through the center and spread toward the lower right in broad, broken paths. The pattern has space. A dense feathered section sits along the left side, while finer gray branches reach across the upper and lower edges of the white field.

Wider vein structure

Angular gray bands create large shapes rather than a fine allover web.

Matte honed face

The smooth surface holds the white and gray pattern without mirror shine.

Where to use it

Matte Scale for Floors and Showers

On bathroom shower walls, the broad branching pattern can span large pieces and make the direction of each fabricated cut easy to follow. The matte face stays quiet. Residential interior floors and living room interior walls also give the wide veins enough room to read as connected movement.

Is the Honed finish shiny?

No. It is ground smooth but left matte, so the photographed gray veins read without mirror-like reflection.

Who installs the material?

A licensed fabricator templates, cuts, and installs it. Delivery is made to that fabricator, not directly to the job site.
