Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Calacatta Ultra Soft with Airy Veining

Calacatta Ultra Soft sintered stone brings a pale gray-white slab face together with branching lines that remain light and widely spaced. This manufactured material is pressed and fired from minerals, and its through-body pattern repeats closely among slabs from the same production run. The surface feels visually quiet. Its rectangular 126x59 format and 1/4 thickness give the fabricator a defined starting size.

Design

Feathered Gray Lines in Long Sweeps

From the upper left, layered gray branches move downward and across the face, then gather again along the lower and right edges. Broad areas stay almost clear. The photo shows a soft white ground, faint gray clouds, and thin broken veins rather than bold blocks or concentrated spots. An Ultra Soft finish keeps this gentle Calacatta pattern from appearing overly sharp.

Measured Movement for Large Sections

On residential countertops, the long lines can guide a kitchen layout while the open center prevents the finished section from becoming visually busy. Bathroom shower walls and living room interior walls can also show the broad pattern at a useful scale. Start with the slab photo. A licensed fabricator then templates the project, plans the cuts, receives the material, and completes installation.
