How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Calacatta Ultra Soft in Broad White

The Calacatta Ultra Soft slab is a Neolith sintered stone surface with an expansive white field and softly layered gray veins. It feels lightly drawn. Its fixed 126x63 size and 3/4-inch thickness give the fabricator a substantial rectangular format for planned cuts in residential and commercial interiors.

Design

Ultra Soft Layers with an Open Center

Over the top edge, gray wisps gather around a long diagonal band that moves downward and becomes more defined near the right side. The middle opens widely. Lower left markings form a feathery cluster, and a branching vein crosses the lower half before fading into the white ground near the center.

Wide pale center

A broad opening separates the stronger upper and lower vein groups.

Softly layered edges

Feathered gray clusters add detail along the top and lower left.

Where to use it

Substantial Format, Restrained Pattern

For a residential countertop, this 3/4-inch slab supplies generous scale while the open center can support longer, less interrupted sections in the layout. Direction matters here. Bathroom interior walls and shower walls can also display the soft diagonal flow across broad cuts without making the setting feel heavily patterned.

How will my fabricator receive it?

An A-frame truck serves destinations within 50 miles of the holding warehouse. Crated LTL freight is used beyond that distance.
