Marble · Slab
Two batches of Cipollino Verde are on hand in Anaheim. A batch is the group of slabs cut from one block, so pieces in the same batch match most closely. This stone arrives as full slabs in random sizes. We list the available dimensions on this page. Pricing for marble slabs is by quote.
Design
Green stone with white veins
The green background carries white veins that run in long, irregular lines. The honed finish reads matte under bright light and softens the contrast. Each slab carries its own size and its own markings. Variation between slabs is expected. Dry-lay the pieces before setting to spread the color evenly.
Honed surface
Ground smooth but left matte. It hides scratches and etching better than a polished face.
Random sizes
Cut to order for countertops, shelves and large-format walls.
Where to use it
Eight slabs in Anaheim
A licensed fabricator templates and installs this stone. The eight slabs in stock cover residential countertops, shower walls, residential interior walls and commercial interior walls. The fabricator cuts the stone to fit your layout. Slabs from one batch match most closely. Delivery is by A-frame truck within 50 miles of the warehouse, or by crated LTL freight beyond that.
Residential countertops
Marble is softer than granite or porcelain. It reacts with acids and requires sealing after installation.
Shower walls
A honed finish is the usual choice for showers. It resists showing water spots and etching.

Care
Marble reacts with acids like lemon and vinegar. Seal it after installation and reseal every one to two years. Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner and avoid bleach or abrasive pads.
