How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Quartzite · Slab

Dublin Green Polished Quartzite Slab Random arrives in random sizes as full slabs. The green stone carries a polished finish that reads bright under overhead light. Each slab measures differently from the next. Pricing is by quote. A licensed fabricator templates and installs the stone.

Design

Green Quartzite in Polished Finish

The green base shows subtle veining that shifts from slab to slab. A polished surface catches light and deepens the stone's color. Variation appears between slabs because each piece comes from a different block. The veining size and placement change with every cut. Each slab is one piece of stone with its own markings. The batch list on this page gives the sizes in stock.

Care

Quartzite resists etching better than marble but should still be sealed in kitchens and wet rooms. A polished finish shows wear sooner. Seal the stone regularly to maintain the surface.
