Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

  • Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
  • LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
  • Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
  • Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Iron Corten Satin Neolith Sintered Stone Slab 126x63 3/4

Neolith Sintered Stone · Slab

Iron Corten Satin with a Full Rust-Brown Field

This Iron Corten Neolith sintered stone slab presents an oxidized, rust-brown pattern in a substantial 3/4-inch profile. It comes in a 126x63-inch format. Satin keeps the surface softly lit. The material is manufactured by pressing and firing minerals, creating a through-body design that repeats closely across slabs from one production run.

Design

Copper Clouds Across Charcoal

The face combines medium brown, burnt copper, black-brown shading, and fine charcoal specks across the full rectangular field. The texture is tightly packed. Dark smoky clouds gather through the center and right side, while rusty orange areas break through near the edges and lower portion. There are no long veins or fossils, so movement comes from layered patches and subtle changes in density under the Satin sheen.

Mottled Direction

Broad dark patches drift across the face without creating a fixed linear flow.

Rich Rust Range

Burnt copper and dark brown tones shift gradually across the densely speckled field.

Where to use it

Substantial Color for Large Runs

For kitchen countertops, the 3/4-inch slab offers a strong brown field that carries broad cuts without requiring veins to align. Layout remains flexible. Its dense pattern also works across bathroom shower walls or living room interior walls, where the wider view reveals changes from copper to charcoal. The selected slabs must go to a licensed fabricator for templates, cutting, and installation.

Broad Fixed Size

The 126x63-inch dimensions provide a known starting point for estimating and fabricator review.

Pricing is prepared for the slabs chosen from the photos currently shown on the page.

Why we chose it

  • Deep layered surfaceDense speckling and clouded color changes give the rust-brown field depth from both near and far.
  • Subdued Satin reflectionThe soft sheen reveals tonal variation without turning the face into a highly reflective plane.
  • Coordinated production runsThe manufactured through-body pattern repeats closely, helping multiple slabs read together.
