Ivory Bands in Honed&Unfilled Travertine
Ivory is a travertine slab with warm beige coloring, long horizontal bands, and the open pores associated with unfilled stone. Its movement is gentle. Travertine forms from mineral springs, and each natural slab carries individual markings that distinguish it from neighboring pieces.
Design
Open Texture, Honed&Unfilled Face
Across the slab, cream, ivory, pale beige, and light greige layers run strongly from left to right in close horizontal bands. Small pits appear throughout. Several wider channels and darker openings follow the same direction, while cloudy cream patches soften the linear structure across the honed and unfilled face.
Linear ivory layers
Warm cream and beige bands travel steadily across the slab.
Naturally open pores
Pits and channels remain visible because the face is unfilled.
Where to use it
Warm Stone for Feature Walls
These travertine slabs work especially well on bathroom shower walls, where their long bands can establish a clear horizontal rhythm. The open texture remains visible. Residential interior walls in a kitchen or living room can also use the pale layered surface as a broad feature with natural variation.
Wall-focused material
Suitable uses include shower walls and residential or commercial interior walls.
