How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Nero Zimbabwe With Riverwashed Depth

At 1/2 inch thick, this Nero Zimbabwe Neolith sintered stone slab combines a lean profile with the broad 126x63 format. The manufactured mineral surface has an almost solid black appearance that fits modern kitchen, bathroom, and living room plans. Its restraint is the point.

Design

Soft Movement Under Deep Black

From edge to edge, the slab shows a charcoal-black ground covered by very fine gray grain and barely visible drifting clouds. Veining is absent. A Riverwashed finish brings out the granular surface without a mirrorlike glare, so the field looks softly varied instead of flat under direct light.

Small tonal marks sit densely across the black field and remain low in contrast.

Quiet surface light

The Riverwashed face diffuses reflection and makes the texture easier to read.

Where to use it

Lean Profile for Broad Installations

Along kitchen countertops, the long slab creates a continuous dark plane suited to a spare, modern material palette. The applications stay flexible. It may also cover bathroom shower walls, residential interior walls, or commercial interior walls where a restrained black field is wanted across a large surface.
