How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Granite · Slab

Patagonia Polished Granite Slab Random arrives as full slabs in the sizes the batch list shows. This gray stone carries a polished finish that reflects light across its surface. We sell it by quote, not at a set price. You request a quote for the slabs you choose. The stone comes in random slab sizes rather than fixed dimensions.

Design

Gray tones and polished surface

The gray color runs through the stone with a speckled grain typical of granite. The polished finish reads bright under overhead light, deepening the gray tones. Each slab varies in size and marking, so no two slabs match exactly. You see different veining patterns across the batch. The surface shows wear sooner than a honed finish, so placement matters. <link_phrases_to_use_verbatim>check the batch list for current sizes</link_phrases_to_use_verbatim> to see what fits your project.

Random slab sizes

Each slab measures differently. The batch list shows the sizes available now.

Polished surface

The finish reflects light. It shows wear sooner than a honed surface.
