Pietra Gray with a Quiet Honed Face
Pietra Gray is a marble slab with a deep gray ground, delicate white lines, and a smooth honed finish. It reads softly. The random slab sizing and 3/4 inch thickness give a fabricator the starting material for a custom plan based on the dimensions of the selected piece.
Design
Fine White Lines Across Smoky Gray
Across the slab, charcoal gray shifts into softer cloudy areas beneath a network of thin white and pale gray veins. The pattern is fairly dense. Most lines travel diagonally and vertically, while darker wandering marks form irregular islands through the center and a brighter broken band gathers near the upper edge.
Layered linework
Fine straight veins cross irregular dark markings and soft gray clouds.
Matte surface
Honing leaves the face smooth while holding back a polished reflection.

Natural markings make layout important with this marble. Study the full photo. A licensed fabricator can review the selected slab, confirm its random dimensions, place the stronger veins within the planned cuts, and then handle templating, cutting, and installation based on the project drawing.
