A shaped piece in beige marble
Thala Beige San Felipe is a marble wall deco at 8 by 9 3/4, cut to a shaped outline and finished with more than one surface treatment across its pieces. Six to a box, 2.25 square feet, with each piece covering 0.37.
Design
Outline plus finish
Two things are doing work at once. The outline gives the piece its shape, and the mixed finish changes how light behaves across different parts of it, so the same beige stone reads bright in one area and matte in another. Variation between pieces is slight, keeping that effect steady rather than random. Sheets are 3/8 inch thick.
Light does half of it
Mixed finishes make the piece change as you move past it.

Variation is recorded as slight, so pieces stay close to one another.

Where it is listed
The rating is shower floors, and living room, kitchen and bathroom all appear as rooms. Coverage is modest at 2.25 square feet a box, so a 60 square foot area would take 32 boxes, which makes this a piece for a defined panel rather than a whole surface. Marble tiles of this kind are usually specified as a feature and surrounded by something plainer.

Care
Marble wants sealing after installation and resealing every one to two years. Acids etch it, so vinegar and citrus cleaners are out; a pH neutral stone product is the right choice, never bleach or an abrasive pad.
