Marble · Slab
Calacatta Cielo presents a gray base with a polished finish that reflects light and deepens the stone's natural color. This marble slab arrives in random sizes as a full piece of stone. Each slab is sold by quote and priced individually. You can request a quote for the slabs you choose. The stone comes as marble slabs in the sizes the facts list.
Design
Gray veining and variation
The gray color carries natural veining that runs across the surface. A polished finish reads bright in light and shows the stone's markings clearly. Expect variation between one slab and the next, as every piece is cut from a different part of the block. The veining and tone differ from piece to piece and from the sample. Each slab is one piece of stone with its own size and its own markings.
Random sizes
Slabs are sold in random sizes and are cut to order for countertops, shelves and large-format walls.
Polished finish
A polished finish is buffed to a mirror shine that deepens the stone's color and veining.
Where to use it
Kitchen and bathroom surfaces
This slab suits residential countertops, residential interior walls, shower walls and commercial interior walls. A licensed fabricator templates and installs it. We do not deliver slabs to a job site. Delivery is by A-frame truck within 50 miles of the warehouse holding the slab, and by crated LTL freight beyond that. The stone is available in the kitchen and bathroom.

Care
Marble is softer than granite or porcelain and reacts with acids. Lemon, vinegar and wine etch the surface. Seal it after installation and reseal every one to two years. Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner. Avoid bleach, ammonia and abrasive pads.
