Product Description
Carenza Bianca takes shape as a 24x48 matte porcelain tile with a marble look in light gray and pewter veining. The expansive rectangular face gives the Bianca stone pattern a broad canvas, while rectified edges create precisely finished boundaries. Each tile has a 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, thickness.
Measuring 2 feet by 4 feet, the large format produces fewer individual tile faces across a given area and makes the direction of the rectangle visually prominent. Its commercial-grade matte finish limits reflected light. V3 shade variation means the gray tone and vein pattern can shift noticeably between pieces, creating movement across the finished surface. Rated applications cover residential and commercial interior floors and walls, shower walls, and backsplashes in bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms.
Water absorption is limited to 0.5% or less, qualifying this as impervious porcelain that takes up almost no water. Breaking strength reaches at least 425 lbs.; ANSI calls for at least 250 lbs. on floor tile, so this figure sits well above that threshold. The tile is resistant to frost and thermal shock. Its frost resistance is a material performance result, while the specified applications remain interior.
Carenza Bianca is packaged and sold by the box, with pricing shown per square foot. Two large-format pieces provide 15.49 sq. ft. of coverage, and the box weighs 67 lbs. The Bianca line also includes 12x24 tile, 2x2 mosaic, and 4 inch hexagon mosaic. Oro matte is offered in the same 24x48 size.
