Product Description
Cemento Couture Atmosphere comes as a 2x2 lappato porcelain mosaic in a deep charcoal gray. The concrete look carries a stone-like mineral quality, giving the dark surface depth without introducing a strongly patterned graphic.
At 2x2, the repeated squares break up broad surfaces and bring a defined geometric scale to shower floors, backsplashes, and walls. The lappato finish catches light with a restrained sheen, while V2 variation keeps shifts between pieces modest. Rated areas include kitchen backsplashes, residential interior walls, shower walls and floors, and bathroom floors and walls.
With absorption no greater than 0.5%, the porcelain is impervious and takes in almost no water. Its minimum breaking strength of 425 pounds exceeds the ANSI floor-tile requirement of 250 pounds. A Mohs 7 surface stands up to scratching from sand and grit. The wet DCOF value of 0.42 or higher meets ANSI A326.3 guidance for level interior wet floors. Class A chemical resistance accompanies resistance to both frost and thermal shock.
This mosaic is sold by the sheet, with 0.97 square foot of coverage per sheet. Ten pieces make up a 38-pound box. The Atmosphere color extends to 12x24 tile and a 3x12 bullnose, and the same 2x2 lappato mosaic also appears in Smoke and Sand.
