Product Description
Havana Stone Beige presents a 24x48 matte porcelain tile with stone-chip terrazzo styling. A warm beige, cement-like background surrounds varied aggregate shapes, giving the large surface a composed but visibly textured character. Its elongated proportions emphasize the direction of a wall or floor while allowing uninterrupted areas of the pattern to remain visible.
The tile is 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, thick and finished with rectified edges. Its matte face reduces glare across the expansive format, and V3 shade variation creates distinct tonal changes between neighboring tiles. Approved settings include residential and commercial interior walls and floors, shower walls, and backsplashes. It is rated for bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms, with an IW classification for level indoor flooring exposed to water.
This impervious porcelain has water absorption of 0.5% or less, so its body takes in almost no moisture. A breaking strength of at least 425 lbs is substantially above the 250 lb ANSI minimum for floor tile. The Mohs 7 surface resists scratches from grit and sand, and Class IV abrasion resistance suits heavily traveled residential spaces and most commercial floors. Wet DCOF is at least 0.42. Additional properties are Class A chemical resistance, frost resistance, and thermal shock resistance.
Sold by the box and priced per sq. ft., 2 tiles cover 15.49 sq. ft. and weigh 67 lbs per box. Other line options include Beige 24x24 tile and craft hexagon mosaic, plus White matte and Light Gray matte in the 24x48 format.
