Product Description
Ivorynn Stone Caramel Noce features a 3 inch hexagon matte porcelain mosaic in a warm brown travertine look. Six-sided pieces break the veining into a geometric pattern, while raised digital texture follows the stone imagery and adds a dimensional feel. The material measures 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, thick.
The hexagon geometry brings more joints and directional movement to a surface than a large rectangular tile. A low-sheen matte finish softens highlights, and V4 shade variation creates substantial differences in color and veining from piece to piece. This mosaic is rated for shower floors and walls, bathroom floors and walls, backsplashes, and residential interior walls, covering common wet-room and kitchen applications.
With water absorption at 0.5% or below, the body meets the definition of impervious porcelain and takes in very little moisture. Its minimum breaking strength is 425 pounds, compared with the 250-pound ANSI requirement cited for floor tile. A Mohs rating of 7 means the surface stands up to scratching from grit and sand. Wet DCOF reaches at least 0.42 for level indoor wet floors. It also carries Class E chemical resistance and resistance to both frost and thermal shock.
Sheets are sold individually and cover 0.84 square feet apiece. There are 5 sheets in a box, with a total box weight of 18 pounds. Coordinating Caramel Noce formats include the 2x2 mosaic, 24x48 tile, 32x32 tile, and 4x12 bullnose.
