Product Description
Lucent White is a 24x24 porcelain tile with a marble look in a matte finish, 8.5 mm (5/16 inch) thick.
Lucent is a soft marble look in three calm colors: White, a pale Green and a pale Blue. The rectified, colored body porcelain comes from 24x48 to 4x12, with a lens mosaic, a square mosaic and a bullnose.
Lay the 24x24 square in a grid, a quarter offset or on the diagonal.
The matte face has no sheen, so Lucent White does not throw glare and keeps footprints and water spots out of sight. It is a colored body porcelain: the tint goes all the way through, which keeps chips and cut edges discreet. Del Conca rates the shade variation as moderate, so tone and veining move from one piece to the next. Its wet DCOF is 0.42 or higher, the ANSI threshold for level indoor floors exposed to water.
The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so the tile can be set with a narrow grout joint. Each box holds 6 pieces, 23.25 sq ft, about 92 lb, and orders round up to full boxes.
