Product Description
Mystic Marble Beige forms a 4 inch hexagon polished porcelain mosaic with a warm, geometric marble surface. Earthy beige veining moves through a clean white background, translating Botticino-style coloring into six-sided pieces. Reflections from the polished finish accent the edges of the hexagons and the shifts within the vein pattern.
A 4 inch hexagon reads as a bold honeycomb rather than a fine mosaic grid, making the geometry clear across a wall. V3 variation permits noticeable changes in shade and pattern among neighboring pieces, which keeps the white and beige field visually active. The mosaic is rated for backsplashes, shower walls, and residential interior walls in bathrooms and kitchens. No floor application is included among its rated uses.
The porcelain body's absorption rate is 0.5% or less. Under ANSI A137.1, that figure denotes impervious porcelain, which absorbs almost no water and does not develop stains from within. Breaking strength starts at 425 pounds, while the ANSI floor-tile minimum is 250 pounds. Resistance to frost and to thermal shock provides the remaining recorded performance characteristics without expanding the mosaic's rated locations.
Sold by the sheet, each unit accounts for 0.89 square feet. A box contains five sheets and has an 18-pound total weight. Four coordinating Mystic Marble Beige formats complete the line: 12x24 tile, 24x48 tile, 2x2 mosaic, and 4x12 bullnose.
