Product Description
Nature Fior di Bosco is a 24x24 porcelain tile with a marble look in a matte finish, 8.5 mm (5/16 inch) thick.
Nature reproduces eight well-known marbles, among them Calacatta Gold, Statuario, Carrara, Taj Mahal and the dark Belvedere. The rectified, colored body porcelain runs from 24x48 to 4x12 with mosaics and bullnose; four of the colors also come polished in 24x48.
The 24x24 square suits a straight grid or a quarter offset on an open floor.
Nature Fior di Bosco has a matte, low-glare face that hides daily wear better than a shiny one. The color runs through the body of the tile, so a chip shows the same tone instead of a light clay base. Shade variation is moderate: tone and pattern change from piece to piece, as in natural material. Del Conca rates the face at 0.42 DCOF wet or better, which meets the ANSI A326.3 minimum for level interior floors that get wet.
Every piece is rectified, so the edges are straight and true and the grout lines can stay thin. It ships in full boxes of 23.25 sq ft (6 pieces), roughly 92 lb each.
