Product Description
Nature Taj Mahal is a 24x24 porcelain tile with a marble look in a matte finish, 8.5 mm (5/16 inch) thick.
Nature reproduces eight well-known marbles, among them Calacatta Gold, Statuario, Carrara, Taj Mahal and the dark Belvedere. The rectified, colored body porcelain runs from 24x48 to 4x12 with mosaics and bullnose; four of the colors also come polished in 24x48.
Lay the 24x24 square in a grid, a quarter offset or on the diagonal.
The matte face has no sheen, so Nature Taj Mahal does not throw glare and keeps footprints and water spots out of sight. It is a colored body porcelain: the tint goes all the way through, which keeps chips and cut edges discreet. Del Conca rates the shade variation as moderate, so tone and veining move from one piece to the next. Its wet DCOF is 0.42 or higher, the ANSI threshold for level indoor floors exposed to water.
Every piece is rectified, so the edges are straight and true and the grout lines can stay thin. Each box holds 6 pieces, 23.25 sq ft, about 92 lb, and orders round up to full boxes.
