Product Description
Roma White is a 24x48 porcelain tile with a travertine look in a matte finish, 8.5 mm (5/16 inch) thick.
Roma reproduces Italian cross-cut travertine using Del Conca's Trace dimensional glaze, so the face has real texture under the hand. It comes in White, Almond, Gray and Nut, from 24x48 to 4x12, with an Archetti arch decor, mosaics and bullnose.
The 24x48 size makes Roma White read almost like a slab, with few joints.
The Trace glaze gives the matte face a dimensional texture you can feel, not just a printed picture of stone. It is a colored body porcelain: the tint goes all the way through, which keeps chips and cut edges discreet. Del Conca rates the shade variation as moderate, so tone and veining move from one piece to the next. Its wet DCOF is 0.51 or higher, the ANSI threshold for level indoor floors exposed to water.
Rectified edges, ground square after firing, allow a tight grout joint. Each box holds 2 pieces, 15.5 sq ft, about 61 lb, and orders round up to full boxes.
Also in Roma White: 12x24 tile, 24x24 tile, 4x12 tile, 4x24 bullnose, hexagon mosaic, square mosaic.
Roma is produced at Del Conca USA's plant in Loudon, Tennessee, and ships from the factory.
