A bullnose in Cotton
Ceramic moldings with one rounded edge, six inches square, matte, in the white called Cotton. Twenty five pieces come in a box. A 6x6 field tile and a 2x6 chevron share the colour.
Design
One finished edge
A bullnose carries a single rounded side, which is what a run of tile needs wherever it stops in open air rather than meeting a wall. Square at six inches, this one caps the end of a field without changing the module. Matte glaze keeps it in line with a matte field beside it and hides the fingerprints that a gloss would collect at hand height. White ceramic moldings in a warm white like Cotton sit more comfortably against a painted wall than a bright white does.
Rounded edge
For an exposed end or a step, not a corner.
Twenty five a box
Six inch pieces, sold by the piece.
Where to use it
Residential interior walls
The rating on file is residential interior walls, with living room as the room recorded. Measure the exposed run first, then order a piece over that number to cover the cuts. Ceramic snaps with a hand cutter, so a bullnose can be shortened neatly on site without a wet saw.
Measure then add
A spare piece covers what the cuts take.
Matching field
A 6x6 tile and a 2x6 chevron in Cotton.

Why we chose it
- Clean stopA rounded edge closes a field where it ends in the open.
- Same moduleSix inches square keeps the grid unbroken.
- Nothing to sealThe glaze resists stains as supplied.
Care
No sealer is needed. Household tile cleaner and a soft cloth suit a matte glaze, which shows smudges less than a glossy one to begin with.
