Product Description
Sediment Taupe offers a 12x24 polished porcelain tile with warm beige coloring and a travertine-inspired pattern. Polishing brings a brighter reflection to the taupe surface and sharpens the contrast within its stone-like layers. Sediment extends this visual language across two colors, two field-tile finishes, and coordinating detail pieces.
Broad 12x24 rectangles create an orderly scale on walls and permitted light residential floors. Their polished faces respond strongly to daylight and fixtures, while rectified edges provide a precisely finished perimeter. With V3 shade variation, individual tiles show noticeable changes in tone and pattern. The tile is rated for residential and commercial interior walls, shower surrounds, backsplashes, and light-duty residential flooring in bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms.
A water absorption level of 0.5% or less meets the ANSI A137.1 definition of impervious porcelain. That low rate means moisture has almost no opportunity to enter the tile body. At 325 pounds or greater, breaking strength surpasses the ANSI floor-tile requirement of 250 pounds. The porcelain is resistant to both frost and thermal shock.
Each box includes 8 pieces, covers 15.38 square feet, and weighs 67 pounds, with the price presented per square foot. A Taupe 4x12 bullnose carries the color onto finished edges. The comparable 12x24 selections in the line are White matte and White polished.
