Product Description
Valora Dune Beige is a 2x2 matte porcelain mosaic with a limestone look and a warm beige palette. Its small modules carry stone-like printed movement, while the surface texture follows that imagery for added depth without gloss. The result is a more articulated version of the broader Valora field-tile design.
The 2x2 pattern introduces frequent joints and a fine visual scale on compact surfaces. V3 variation brings noticeable tonal and pattern changes from piece to piece, preventing the beige field from reading as flat. This mosaic is rated for shower floors and walls, bathroom floors and walls, residential interior walls, and kitchen backsplashes.
Absorption remains at 0.5% or less, so the porcelain is impervious and takes up almost no water. Minimum breaking strength is 425 lbs, exceeding the ANSI floor-tile benchmark of 250 lbs. With Mohs hardness 7, the surface resists scratching caused by grit and sand. Wet DCOF is at least 0.42, chemical resistance is Class E, and resistance extends to frost and thermal shock.
The mosaic is sold by the sheet, and each sheet covers 0.97 square feet. Ten sheets make up a 38 lb box. Other Dune Beige formats include 12x24 and 24x48 tiles, a 3 inch hexagon mosaic, and a 4x24 bullnose.
