Product Description
Valora Horizon Grey is a 2x2 matte porcelain mosaic with the layered character of limestone. Its gray field carries printed mineral movement, and the surface texture follows those visual shifts for a more dimensional stone effect. The small square pattern gives the quiet, natural coloring a crisp geometric framework.
Individual 2x2 pieces create frequent joints that make the mosaic visually detailed across compact areas. V3 shade variation produces noticeable changes among pieces, giving the finished surface an intentionally varied appearance. Rated applications include bathroom floors and walls, shower floors and walls, kitchen backsplashes, and residential interior walls. A wet DCOF of at least 0.42 meets ANSI A326.3 criteria for level indoor floors exposed to water.
Water absorption of 0.5% or less classifies this as impervious porcelain, meaning the body takes up almost no water. Breaking strength is at least 425 pounds, well above the 250-pound ANSI benchmark for floor tile. Mohs hardness of 7 indicates resistance to scratching from grit and sand. The mosaic also has Class E chemical resistance and resistance to frost and thermal shock.
Sold by the sheet, each sheet covers 0.97 square feet. A box contains 10 sheets and weighs 38 pounds. Horizon Grey also comes as 12x24, 24x48, and 3 inch hexagon formats, while Dune Beige matte offers the same 2x2 pattern in a warmer color.
