Product Description
Woodland Gray is an 8x48 porcelain plank with a wood look in a matte finish, 8.5 mm (5/16 inch) thick.
Woodland is modeled on Italian walnut, with a fine, straight grain. The rectified, colored body porcelain plank comes in 8x48, in Natural, Gray and Walnut.
The 8x48 plank is set in a staggered run like hardwood, but water does not hurt it, so it works in baths, kitchens and basements too.
Woodland Gray has a matte, low-glare face that hides daily wear better than a shiny one. The color runs through the body of the tile, so a chip shows the same tone instead of a light clay base. Shade variation is moderate: tone and pattern change from piece to piece, as in natural material. Del Conca rates the face at 0.42 DCOF wet or better, which meets the ANSI A326.3 minimum for level interior floors that get wet.
Rectified edges, ground square after firing, allow a tight grout joint. It ships in full boxes of 12.92 sq ft (5 pieces), roughly 49 lb each.
Woodland is produced at Del Conca USA's plant in Loudon, Tennessee, and ships from the factory.
