Product Description
Elaraine Celestial White is a 12x24 matte porcelain tile patterned after marble. A bright white ground carries bold black veining with soft, cloudlike contours, capturing the graphic character associated with Arabescato stone. The rectangular format frames that contrast in a balanced proportion suitable for both broad surfaces and narrower areas.
Its matte finish softens reflections, allowing the white field and dark veins to remain distinct under varied room lighting. V3 shade variation creates noticeable differences among tiles, so the marble movement changes across the finished surface. Rectified edges give the pieces a precise outline. Ratings cover residential and commercial interior walls and floors, shower walls, backsplashes, and light residential floors in bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms.
Water absorption is no more than 0.5%, the threshold for impervious porcelain, so the body takes up almost no water. A breaking strength of at least 425 pounds stands well above the 250-pound ANSI minimum for floor tile. Resistance to frost and thermal shock reflects the porcelain's ability to withstand those specific laboratory conditions without changing its interior-use ratings.
This tile is sold by the box, with the displayed price calculated per square foot. Each 67-pound box includes 8 pieces and covers 15.38 square feet. Other Celestial White formats include 24x24 and 24x48 tiles, a 2x2 mosaic, and a 4-inch hexagon mosaic.
