Product Description
Fossilique Stone Bedrock Beige is a 3 inch traction lappato porcelain mosaic arranged in a hexagon pattern. Warm beige coloring carries deep fossil-like details and layered stone movement across the small geometric pieces. The line interprets richly marked natural stone in coordinated field sizes, mosaics, and trim, with traction lappato providing a distinct surface character.
The 3 inch hexagons break the stone pattern into a compact repeating geometry that adds scale and movement to smaller surfaces. A traction lappato finish balances a refined appearance with enhanced traction, while V3 shade variation creates noticeable changes in tone and pattern from piece to piece. The 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, mosaic is rated for shower floors, bathroom floors and walls, shower walls, residential interior walls, and backsplashes in bathrooms and kitchens.
Water absorption is 0.5% or less, so the porcelain is impervious and takes up almost no water in wet-room applications. Breaking strength is at least 425 pounds, substantially above the 250-pound ANSI floor-tile benchmark. Class III abrasion resistance suits flooring across residential rooms. Resistance to frost and thermal shock adds measured durability without extending the tile beyond its rated applications.
This mosaic is sold by the sheet, with each sheet covering 0.84 square feet. Five sheets are packed in an 18-pound box. The Bedrock Beige line also includes 12x24, 24x24, and 24x48 tile plus a 4x12 bullnose. Crystal Gray traction lappato provides the same mosaic format in another color.
