Product Description
Havana Stone White arrives in a 24x24 matte porcelain tile with a chip-filled terrazzo look on a white cement-colored base. The square field gives the scattered stone effect an even framework, one part of a collection that extends into rectangular tiles, shaped mosaics, and bullnose trim.
Its 24-inch square dimensions create broad, balanced modules on floors and walls. The matte face diffuses reflected light, and rectified edges emphasize the regular geometry. V3 variation means neighboring tiles can show readily apparent shifts in tone, preventing the white field from reading as completely uniform. Rated areas span residential and commercial interior floors and walls, along with shower walls and backsplashes in bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms. An IW classification confirms the rating for level indoor floors subject to wet conditions.
With water absorption no higher than 0.5%, the tile qualifies as impervious porcelain and takes in almost no water. Its breaking strength reaches at least 425 pounds, compared with the 250-pound ANSI minimum for floor tile. A Mohs value of 7 indicates scratch resistance against grit and sand. Class IV abrasion resistance covers high-traffic residential surfaces and most commercial flooring. Wet DCOF is at least 0.42, chemical resistance is Class A, and both frost and thermal shock resistance are present.
Four tiles make up a 67-pound box covering 15.46 square feet. It is sold by the box, with the price expressed per square foot. Companion choices include the 12x24 tile, sphere mosaic, 4x12 bullnose, and Dark Gray matte color.
