Product Description
Lassen Wood Oyster is a 6x36 matte wood look porcelain plank with a soft gray wood character. Its Oyster coloring gives the grain a quiet, weathered appearance, while the long, narrow profile recalls traditional floorboards. Straight-cut edges keep the plank geometry crisp, and the body measures 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, thick.
The 6x36 proportions draw the eye along a room, and the matte surface keeps reflected light subdued. V3 shade variation creates noticeable differences among pieces, giving a floor or wall more tonal movement. This tile is rated for residential and commercial interior walls and floors, including shower walls, backsplashes, bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms. Its ID and IW classifications cover level indoor floors kept dry or exposed to water.
Water absorption of 0.5% or less makes this impervious porcelain, meaning it takes up almost no water. Breaking strength is at least 325 pounds, above the 250-pound ANSI benchmark for floor tile. Mohs hardness of 7 resists scratching from grit and sand, while Class III abrasion resistance suits floors throughout a home. It has Class A chemical resistance, wet DCOF of at least 0.42, and resistance to frost and thermal shock.
Oyster is sold by the box, with pricing shown per square foot. Each 53-pound box contains 10 pieces covering 14.6 square feet. The same 6x36 matte plank is also available in Taupe, Fawn, and Coffee.
