Millennium Dark Gray takes the form of a 24x24 traction lappato porcelain tile with a dark gray terrazzo look. Its compact, tightly clustered chips bring Byzantine mosaic character to the deep ground color, building visual texture from many small marks. The traction lappato finish contributes a controlled sheen without obscuring the dense pattern.
Because the format is square and broad, the surface reads as a steady field rather than emphasizing one direction. The tiles are 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, thick, with rectified edges that produce a clean geometric outline. V3 shade variation brings readily visible tonal changes between pieces, enriching the dark gray composition. Ratings include residential and commercial interior floors and walls, shower surfaces, backsplashes, and light-duty home floors in bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms. An IW+ ANSI A326.3 classification covers interior wet-plus floor conditions.
A wet DCOF of at least 0.60 exceeds the 0.42 threshold for level interior floors that become wet. The body absorbs no more than 0.5% water, qualifying as impervious porcelain. It has breaking strength of at least 425 pounds and a Mohs hardness of 7.0, meaning the surface resists scratches from grit and sand. Abrasion resistance is Class IV, chemical resistance is Class A, and both frost and thermal shock resistance are confirmed.
Millennium Dark Gray is sold in 67-pound boxes, with its price presented per square foot. Four tiles provide 15.46 square feet per box. The line also includes a matching 3x24 bullnose, while White traction lappato is the alternate color in the 24x24 size.
