New England White is a 12x24 porcelain tile with a stone look in a matte finish, 8.5 mm (5/16 inch) thick.
New England is a soft, even stone look in White, Ivory, Cold Gray and Anthracite. The rectified, colored body porcelain runs from 24x48 to 4x12, with a herringbone mosaic, a brick mosaic, a square mosaic and a bullnose.
At 12x24, the tile can run in a brick pattern, a one-third offset or stacked vertically on a wall.
The matte face has no sheen, so New England White does not throw glare and keeps footprints and water spots out of sight. The color runs through the body of the tile, so a chip shows the same tone instead of a light clay base. Shade variation is moderate: tone and pattern change from piece to piece, as in natural material. Del Conca rates the face at 0.42 DCOF wet or better, which meets the ANSI A326.3 minimum for level interior floors that get wet.
The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so the tile can be set with a narrow grout joint. Each box holds 8 pieces, 15.5 sq ft, about 61 lb, and orders round up to full boxes.
Also in New England White: 24x24 tile, 24x48 tile, 4x12 tile, 4x24 bullnose, brick mosaic, herringbone mosaic, square mosaic.
New England is produced at Del Conca USA's plant in Loudon, Tennessee, and ships from the factory.
