Product Description
Quartzite Dark Gray is a muretto porcelain mosaic with a stone look in a matte finish, 8.5 mm (5/16 inch) thick.
Quartzite is modeled on Brazilian quartzite, a layered stone with fine, sparkling grain. The rectified, colored body porcelain comes in Bianco, Sand, Gray and Dark Gray, with a Grip 12x24 for wet floors, a Muretto wall tile, a mosaic and a bullnose.
Muretto is a stacked-stone style wall mosaic: strips of different lengths and depths on a mesh sheet of about 0.97 sq ft, made for feature walls and backsplashes, not floors.
The matte face has no sheen, so Quartzite Dark Gray does not throw glare and keeps footprints and water spots out of sight. The color runs through the body of the tile, so a chip shows the same tone instead of a light clay base. Shade variation is moderate: tone and pattern change from piece to piece, as in natural material.
Priced per sheet and packed 10 sheets to a box, about 9.7 sq ft.
Also in Quartzite Dark Gray: 12x24 grip tile, 12x24 tile, 24x48 tile, 4x12 tile, 4x24 bullnose, square mosaic.
Made in the USA by Del Conca USA in Loudon, Tennessee, and shipped from there.
