Product Description
Sand Stone Light Gray offers a 12x24 matte porcelain tile with the tactile appearance of sandstone. Its light gray palette brings a cooler reading to the collection's earthy stone character, with surface texture preventing the color from appearing uniform. Straight-cut sides define each rectangular piece.
The 12x24 dimensions suit continuous wall planes and floor areas where the stone pattern can be seen on a larger face. A matte finish controls reflection, and V3 variation creates evident shifts in color and texture throughout the tiled area. The tile carries ratings for residential and commercial interior walls and floors, along with shower walls and backsplashes. Bathroom, kitchen, and living room applications are included, and the IW class covers level indoor flooring subject to water.
Water absorption does not exceed 0.5%, so the porcelain is impervious and takes in almost no moisture through its body. At 325 pounds or more, breaking strength surpasses the ANSI floor-tile minimum of 250 pounds. The 7.0 to 8.0 Mohs range provides substantial scratch resistance against sand and grit. Class IV abrasion is appropriate for active residential floors and most commercial floors. A wet DCOF of at least 0.42 accompanies resistance to frost and thermal shock.
Boxes are the sales unit, although pricing appears per square foot. A box weighs 60 pounds and contains 8 tiles covering 15.49 square feet. Light Gray has matching 2x2 mosaic and 4x12 bullnose pieces; White matte and Beige matte broaden the 12x24 color selection.
